I am currently attending Columbus State Community College (CSCC) in Columbus, Ohio. I decided to create my own degree program which will provide me with the courses needed to transfer to Ohio State University(OSU) and classes directly related to my career.
The Associate of Technical Studies is the program name at CSCC program and I combined courses from their Environmental Science, Safety and Health program, Geographic Information Systems program, biology and chemistry classes.
I was able to select the correct classes after meeting an Ohio State University advisor and advisors at Columbus State Community College. I will complete the program at CSCC in the fall of 2019.
The spring of 2020 I plan to start the Forestry, Fisheries and Wildlife program at OSU.
